Previews

A preview is a private page for one business, on its own private link. It records visits to its own pages:

• when a page opens
• the device type and browser
• the network and region the visit came from
• how long the page stays on screen, and how far it's scrolled
• which buttons are used, such as opening the prices

Previews set no cookies, use no third-party trackers and never store an IP address. Nothing entered in a preview's demo form or booking calendar is sent anywhere. To count separate devices, we use a code that can't be reversed and changes every day.

We use these records to tell people from automated link scanners, to know whether a preview has been opened, and to see which parts of it get used. Here's how long we keep things:

• The link stops working 30 days after our first email, unless you reply or buy.
• We delete the words, photos and logo we copied 60 days after that.
• Raw visit details are deleted after 90 days.

Our emails

• We write only to addresses a business publishes on its own website. We never buy lists.
• Our emails carry no tracking pixels and no tracked links.
• A reply asking us to stop, an unsubscribe or a spam complaint stops every email to that business, for good.
• Unless you become a client, we delete the addresses we wrote to, with the business's name and website address, 13 months after our last email. We keep only one-way codes of the addresses, so an unsubscribe is always honored.

This website

• This site sets no cookies of its own and has no analytics or third-party trackers.
• The setup form, used after a purchase, asks only for what launch needs. It covers your contact and business details, your domain and email setup, and your booking and Search Console choices. We use the answers only to launch and look after your site. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it.
• Payments happen on Stripe's own checkout page. We receive the payment record, never your full card or bank account number.

Sites we launch

Each launched site has its own privacy page that lists what it uses.

• Contact form messages go to the business's inbox through our form relay, which keeps only the site, the time and whether delivery worked. The message itself isn't stored. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, is sending it.
• If the business uses online booking, the calendar comes from Cal.com or Calendly and loads only when a visitor clicks to book. From then on, that company's own privacy terms apply.
• If the business buys Growth, the site adds Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, with a consent banner, so the business can see its visits and leads.

Apart from these and Cloudflare, which hosts the site, nothing on a launched site loads from another company.
